1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location within Pakistan. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard Rate: Rs 199 flat COD charge (inclusive of taxes).
• Free COD: Orders above Rs 6,999 qualify for free Cash on Delivery.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the provided delivery address to receive and pay for the order upon arrival.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, where available, so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery 2–3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us, and you may be contacted to reschedule or the order may be cancelled.

7. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Cross B. is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

8. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at the details below, so we can assist you promptly.

9. Areas We Deliver To

We currently deliver across Pakistan through our courier partners. Delivery to remote areas may take slightly longer than the standard estimated timeline.
